AP Kotze started in the decorating business by purchasing a cleaning franchise in 1999. It consisted of roof cleaning, cleaning of Marmoran, de-greasing, ect. The business quickly evolved into a painting and roofing company and the cleaning franchise was sold only to concentrate on painting, roofing and guttering under the name Reno as it is known today.
